**Role Purpose** Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of Networks, Telecoms, and Secured Internet Infrastructure. Reports to Technical Manager – Networks, Mumbai. **SCOPE:** Working across Travelex worldwide. Ready to work in shifts. Technology Experience in Checkpoint Firewall Experience in routing/switching - cisco Experience in Wireless LAN - Meraki/or any preffered technology Experience in Loadbalancer - A10/or any preffered technology. Basic understanding of AWS. Monitoring tool (Solarwinds) **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:** Essential: + Ability to resolve 1st & 2nd level Network & Telecoms infrastructure support calls + Full understanding of fundamental concepts in Network Infrastructure, Internet and Firewalls, Routing & Switching, Loadbalancer, monitoring tools, t-shooting skills, Voice communications. + Experience in Wireless LAN technology + Good hands on debugging logs + Basic understanding of AWS. + Minimum 4 to 6 years of total IT experience with at least 4 years in Networking. + Must have a broad knowledge in the following areas of technology; Networks / telecommunications; desktops / servers / mid-range computing; messaging / Internet (e-); enterprise management systems; data management + Diploma or higher in Engineering Desirable: + Experience of setup, support & troubleshooting in LAN, WAN, checkpoint Firewalls and Internet infrastructure. + Experience in Wireless LAN technology + Well versed with the WEB environments in Data Centers. + Awareness of products such as Layer 3 Switches, Load-balancers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, Solar-winds or similar monitoring systems. + Familiarity with IT Security issues and Business Continuity Management. + Familiarity with the support and monitoring of a large Wide Area Network.
