Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Network and Computer Systems Administrator opportunity available based in Stuttgart, Germany.
Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. ***TESA Certification allows employees the to be tax exempt for both Germany and US, in addition to other great perks***
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Employees may be eligible for: relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA and school reimbursement for dependents.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
+ Develop and implement and IAM program with policies and procedures.
+ Ensures team members understand and perform according to these policies and procedures.
+ Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
+ Perform risk assessments and audits; investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
+ Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions. Establishes techniques for and reviews analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshooting to improve security systems.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
+ Document processes and procedures. Reviews audits and reports related to access security systems and procedures.
+ Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Manage the administration and maintenance of access security systems.
+ Consults with users and evaluates requirements, recommends designs, provides cost analyses, plans projects, and coordinates tasks for installation of networks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
+ Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
+ Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Develops technical solutions to complex problems.
+ Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
+ Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
+ Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
+ May supervise others.
+ Education and Experience requirements: High School Diploma with 11 years of recent specialist experience. Associates Degree with 7 years of recent, specialized experience. Major Certification with 7 years of recent, specialized experience. Bachelor's Degree (and higher) with 3 years of recent, specialized experience.
+ Extensive knowledge of field.
+ Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
+ Active Passport.
+ In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.
Office setting:
+ Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
+ Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
+ May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
