Required Qualification:

3 to 7 Years Experience as Desktop Support, System Administrator, Intune & SCCM Engineer/Administrator or Endpoints Solutions Department Roles) - Active Directory Local & AD Group Policy User Profiles & Templates Multi Site Domain Administration Experience (preferred not req.) AD Computer Objects & Printer Management Moving Objects to Proper OUs System Administration Tasks such as backups of file shares, updates/patching servers and etc. Designing, Planning, Maintaining, and Improving Client Endpoints Standards Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills Strong understanding of the Windows Desktop OS architecture, packaging, scripting and automated deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, PowerShell), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, GPO, Citrix and Bitlocker administration. SCCM Administration (Creating Device Collections from Active Directory OUS via custom queries, Software Packaging, Site Management, Custom Task Sequences, OS Image Deployment, Patching Workstations/Endpoints for Microsoft Tuedays, Windows Updates & 3rdparty applications using our tool Patch Connect Plus) ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus Experience (Preferred not req.) Intune implementation for Environment MDM Device Management from importing new devices automatic enrollment to using device hash via GPO Windows Autopilot Implementation implementing a custom Microsoft Store Application Virtualization & Containerized (AppsAnywhere,Citrix & etc) Microsoft KMS license (preferred not req.) MacOS Device Management using JamF Creating MacOS deployment package (preferred not req.) Device Support from Level 1 to Level 2 support tickets Creating Custom OS Images Windows Answer File, Sysprep, Audit Mode, First Run Script Knowledge Creating Powershell scripts/Batch Files to automating tasks such as software installs,adding printers to configuration changes MacOS Terminal & Windows CMD Commands knowledge Basic Networking Concepts, Support & setup such as troubleshooting internet connection PXE Boot using custom winpe boot menu (Preferred not req.) Windows System Image Manager
