We are now looking for a Network Data to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Marketing Knowledge & Data Analytics Manager. 
 

How you can contribute and have an impact?

Ensure we get profitability data (eBM/DSPM) from networks and ensure our customer data flows for right level of customer data from dealers. Collection of network data. Interaction with DMS providersResponsible for the preparation, extrapolation and analysis of network and profitability + Dealer data integrationAnalyze Dealer performance and profitability (example : Market View & eBM)Responsible of providing data for Fall-down and Escalation processProvide  to Franchise team / Big Group team with financial and performance reports to support candidate negotiations (D&B Risk tool and/ or eBM)Prepare benchmarks and support Franchise team / Big Group team to facilitate dealer eBM reviews and proposals for individual dealer improvementEnsure sufficient training (internal) for dealer systems (example: Market View & eBM)Manage systems and stake holders in connection to dealer systems (eg. Market View & eBM) and any dealer system integration projects (eg. DDI)Network Data purchase and update  (TIV, registration, UIO data, dealer profitability etc.)Control budget related to the dealer data and systemsManaging special projects and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for regional and national management
 

What we look for:

Minimum 5 years professional experience preferably within the automotive industry, EV experience is a plusExperience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageousExperience in Finance (financial statements) & Cost accountingExperience in Data management/engineeringHigher education at Bachelors’ levelFluency in English, other local languages are considered as an advantageAnalytical skillsAdvanced PC skillsExperienced MS Office user, especially in ExcelPresentation skillsUnderstanding of financial statements and experience from financial toolsData-driven decision-makingBorderless and virtual mindsetAbility to simplifyFamiliarity with data Management principles and practicesExperience creating and documenting policies and proceduresAbility to work with both business stakeholders and technical support teams to resolve data issuesAbility to communicate successfully with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and translate those needsAbility to communicate with highly technical individuals about the desires, insights, and observations of the business and to ensure development and deployment of appropriate solutions
