Detailed Job Description:

The project manager will be responsible for developing/maintaining a master project plan/timeline, resource management plans and communication plan, while monitoring overall project health and reporting status to the EPMO Bureau Chief, IWD CIO and UI Leadership. The project manager will lead a highly skilled team of BAs and lead SMEs responsible for system design, interfaces/integrations, data conversion, single sign-on and testing. In coordination with the BAs leads, the project manager must ensure timely planning and execution of all project areas to secure a timely delivery. To be effective in this role, the project manager must have experience with large scale modernizations and software implementations, with an emphasis on vendor management and strategic planning. It is a requirement that the PM have experience with Organizational Change Management and demonstrated ability to engage with project stakeholders, leading them through transformational change.
