Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Managing incidents, tickets, change, configuration management, problem management with root cause analysis of the tickets with Level 2 & Level 3 supportPerforming troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of networkTesting and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devicesConfigure and support the network components such as Routers, Switches and Access Points, Wireless controllersResponsible for Network Documentation using Visio Tools, MS-Power PointConfiguration and troubleshooting of different kind of Access-listsCisco IOS security features and basic knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats and attacks about Implementation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Cisco ACS for Authentication, Authorization, and accounting of network equipment.Networking on the AWS, GCP and Azure

Qualifications

Required 

5+ years' experience in network administration role5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure DomainIn-depth experience in configuring and managing Datacenter Cisco Nexus Switches(5K,7K, 9k )Advanced knowledge with core network infrastructure technologies and protocols(campus routing & switching, WLAN, 802.1x, STP, EIGRP, BGP)Experience in the development and implementation of network designs according tostandards and best practicesAbility to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot wide range of campus network issues, fromend-host connectivity to traffic flows across network coreExperience operating and maintaining chassis switches, with knowledge of variousredundancy technologies (VSS, HSRP, SSO, vPC)Experience with the operation and maintenance of common NMS, configuration management and network monitoring toolsComfortable with the use of various Network Operating Systems (Cisco IOS XE, NX-OS,Aruba/HP)Familiar with emerging network technologies; specifically, Cisco DNAC and SD-WAN,AWS networking (DirectConnect/VPCs/Transit Gateways/VPGs/VPNs)Wireless Networks: Cisco & Aruba APs and Network Controllers, including theirauthentication integration with Cisco ISEFamiliarity with RADIUS, TACACS and AAA methodologies and protocols.Being able to troubleshoot and resolve network outages, network performance issues, ornetworked application issues.Demonstrable experience in Routing and Switching concept (Cisco / Juniper Platform)Working knowledge in Load balancers technology (Any OEM)Ability to produce RCA of Severity incidents impacting network with minimum supportfrom Superiors/Seniors within teamHands on experience - Hardware Module, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting forthe following listed Routers and SwitchesRouters: Cisco 7600, 7500, 7200, 3800, 3700, 3600, 2600, 2900, 1900,1800,1700 seriesSwitches: Nexus 7010, 7009, 9300, 3850 Cisco 3500, 2960 seriesWorking knowledge in SDWANCisco CCNA certificationBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
