Managing incidents, tickets, change, configuration management, problem management with root cause analysis of the tickets with Level 2 & Level 3 supportPerforming troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of networkTesting and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devicesConfigure and support the network components such as Routers, Switches and Access Points, Wireless controllersResponsible for Network Documentation using Visio Tools, MS-Power PointConfiguration and troubleshooting of different kind of Access-listsCisco IOS security features and basic knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats and attacks about Implementation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Cisco ACS for Authentication, Authorization, and accounting of network equipment.Networking on the AWS, GCP and AzureThe Team

Required
