Summary: The Cisco Voice Engineer with SD-WAN will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco voice systems and SD-WAN solutions. This role involves providing support to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Network Engineer will design and implement Cisco voice and SD-WAN solutions for customers * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and SD-WAN devices * Install and configure voice gateways, ISR routers, switches, and other Cisco voice and SD-WAN equipment * Develop and implement voice dial plans and SD-WAN policies * As a Network Engineer, you will provide level 3 support for complex voice and SD-WAN issues * Participate in project planning and implementation * Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and customers * Produce documentation for voice and SD-WAN solutions
