Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, configure, maintain, and optimize network performance and security. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology environments, collaborate with a highly skilled team, and contribute to challenging networking projects.
+ Design, implement, and maintain complex wired and wireless network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
+ Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security challenges, within data centers, cloud environments, and local infrastructures.
+ Configure and maintain networking hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto).
+ Monitor network performance using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or other network management software, and ensure minimal downtime with proactive maintenance.
+ Collaborate with cloud engineers to integrate, configure, and maintain hybrid/multi-cloud networking environments, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
+ Implement and enforce security protocols, policies, and compliance standards, including firewall management and VPN configuration.
+ Provide detailed documentation of network configurations, hardware inventories, process changes, and disaster recovery plans.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and contribute to the success of large-scale organizational initiatives on modernization and transformation.
Requirements
+ 3–5+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
+ Proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless tools (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto).
+ Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, VMware, and network monitoring tools.
+ Familiarity with cloud networking, including integration with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments.
+ Understanding of network security principles, email security, VPNs, and MDM solutions.
+ Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, ability to develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of network problems.
