Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Network Support & Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco, Palo Alto and Aruba networking equipment, including switches and wireless controllers.  

Wireless Network Optimization: Manage and optimize Aruba Wi-Fi solutions to ensure resort-wide, high-performance wireless connectivity.  

SD-WAN Implementation & Management: Support SD-WAN deployments to optimize traffic routing, increase network resilience, and enhance cloud connectivity. · Network Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and access control policies to safeguard business operations and guest data.  

Manage and configure Network Address Translation and Port Address Translation for secure and efficient network traffic flow  

Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Quickly diagnose and resolve network outages, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues across multiple sites.  

Infrastructure Expansion & Upgrades: Assist with the planning and rollout of network expansions, hardware refreshes, and cloud-based integrations.  

Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work closely with internal teams and technology vendors (Cisco, Aruba, SD-WAN providers, ISPs) to ensure network reliability.  

Monitoring & Documentation: Use network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and maintain up-to-date documentation of network architecture and configurations, including Visio-style network diagrams for clear visualization and troubleshooting.
