General Knowledge and Competencies:
Extensive hands-on experience with multi-vendor Networking, Security and its troubleshooting.This includes routers, switches, wireless controllers, next-gen firewalls, load balancers, and other network/security appliances.Strong understanding of Cloud Networking technologies and concepts (VPC, subnets, Transit Gateway, Security Group, Load Balancer).Experience in UNIX or Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS), IOS, IOS-XR or any network vendor CLI are desired.Any experience in automation or scripting language is a plus.Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and lead projects is a necessity.Ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.Ability to work within and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete unitsAt least 5 years of industry experience on Network Engineering and/or Operations handling complex and large-scale networks (LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud environments).At least 2 years of proven experience on Global Network Support.Other eligibility qualifications
