Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Network Manager in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located in Bellaire, Texas. The selected candidate will be tasked with leading the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet network needs. Responsibilities: • Guide the setup, configuration, and problem-solving of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and F5 load balancers. • Spearhead SD-WAN deployments to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient connectivity. • Implement network security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. • Use monitoring tools to ensure network performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet network needs and provide regular updates. • Manage relationships with Cisco, F5, and SD-WAN vendors. • Lead and mentor entry level staff and keep abreast of industry best practices. • Oversee network management and ensure the smooth running of all systems. • Handle the implementation and management of various cloud technologies. • Manage the setup and maintenance of active directory and backup technologies. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Manager or in a relevant position within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry. • Proven expertise in working with Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in using Citrix Technologies is mandatory. • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential. • Experience in handling Dell Technologies is required. • Must have a strong understanding and experience of Active Directory. • Knowledge of Backup Technologies is necessary. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Computer Hardware. • Experience in Configuration Management is a must. • Demonstrated experience in managing Contracts within the IT realm.
