Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Network Operations organization and manages changes to such specifications.Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in sometimes complex data sets. The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

JOB SCOPE
Supportsthe data and business analysis needs of Network Operations. Utilizes understanding of both business process and intermediate technical capabilities of industry standard tools used to provide analytical insights. Possesses intermediate knowledge in the business unit(s) they support, as well as,anintermediate level understanding of the Network Operations organization's systems and capabilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Optimize network performance through the application of statistical analysis using a complex set of key data points.Provides business analysis and support for Network Operations: Generate sometimes complex ad hoc reports along with creation and presentation of quality dashboards that provide operational visibility to the business unit(s).Developshigh quality graphs, reports, and presentations of data results. Perform statistical analyses for Network Operations business unit(s).Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Network Operations organization and manages changes to such specifications.Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in sometimes complex data sets. BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum four (4) years of experience in intermediate data query techniques and report buildingMinimum four (4) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and AccessMinimum two (2) years of experience with SQL and industry-specific database systemsMinimum two (2) years report building toolsets such as Crystal Reports, etc.REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
