Our client, a leader in the electric vehicle and clean energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join their Incident Response Team. This role involves monitoring and supporting a sophisticated network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for innovative projects.

Skills and Requirements
Wide range networking knowledge.
Experience with:
- Arista Switches
- Juniper Switches and Routers
- Aruba & Mist Wireless
- Palo Alto Networks & Fortinet Firewalls
- Meraki Switches & Wireless
- Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
Familiarity with observability tools:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Catchpoint
- Kentik
- Splunk
Proficiency with business tools:
- Opsgenie/PagerDuty
- Jira
- Confluence
Experience creating/tuning monitoring alerts and dashboards.
Highly analytical and organized.
Ability to document processes and create runbooks.
Infrastructure/distributed system troubleshooting experience. Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar.
Advanced networking knowledge (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN).
Scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
Firewall management experience.
Understanding of VoIP systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with network security tools (Wireshark, SNMP). null
