It is primarily focused on Network Monitoring, Management, and Maintenance. **Responsibilities** Performs duties associated with the management, monitoring, and maintaining UEN’s (Utah Education Network) Network Operations Center. -Management of the network includes documentation of the network and related tasks. -Monitoring of the network includes watching tools and systems to determine the cause of outage or incidents. -Maintaining of the network consists of performing projects and tasks intended to maintain stability of the network or improve network functionality. -Performs Management of projects within the NOC This job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
