Network Operations Manager, Amazon Pickup and Returns

We are looking for a Network Operations Manager for Amazon Hub in North America. Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks placed in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations, multifamily buildings and other retail locations with high customer density. To pick-up orders or drop-off returns, customers select a Locker on the website; receive a code, and then collect or drop-off the package at their convenience.
As part of the Sales Operations team you will work with business development, product, tech, customers and 3P vendors to manage the expansion of the network in both new and existing markets across the America's. The Network Ops Manager will work independently and be comfortable influencing across multiple teams at all levels, both internal and external.
NA Sales Operations own the end-to-end operational tasks for Locker onboarding and post installation network management. The team consists of workstream owners who lead the critical steps of onboarding as well as work with the business development teams on process refinement and improvement for scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Project manage hardware deployment
- Build strong relationships with 3P vendors and internal teams
- Review and action on issues impacting Locker network uptime (SIMT)
- Manage projects to stay on schedule and on budget
- Maintain and develop SLA’s with vendors through daily management and process improvements
- Drive and support improvement initiatives of deployment activities to optimize for scale, schedule and cost
