About the Role

Key responsibilities and authority

As a Network Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure in its day-to-day needsYou will be working closely with the Network Engineers and other IT professionals, on relevant projects, and ensure that the network keeps running with no constraints to our clientsIt will be expected that your technical knowledge of network protocols and technologies will give the best response to daily problems.

1 year of multivendor network/security hands-on experienceKnowledge on WiFi network solutions implementation and troubleshootingKnowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controlsKnowledge with multivendor network design, Fortinet and Aruba preferred.Knowledge on network automation and IaC concepts will be a plus.Responsible, structured, proactive and solution-oriented workingVendor based certifications will be a plus (CCNA, ACSA, NSE4, DevNet)Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Good problem-solving skills
 

Education/ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field experience (Valuated)Cisco CCNA, CCNP (valuated)
