Job Description Key Responsibilites:  Create and maintain detailed project tracking reports and spreadsheets  Analyze network data to identify trends and support planning decisions  Consolidate and organize technical information from multiple sources  Track project milestones and deliverables. Generate regular status reports for stakeholders  Support capacity planning through data analysis  Maintain project documentation and databases. A Typical Day:  Within our group, we prepare Engineering packages on a weekly basis  This individual would start Days 1-2 assembling data for those engineering packages  Utilizing 2-3 different Excel files, merging those together, adding additional data columns based on supplemental data  Day 3 would be sharing that info with one of our downstream organizations, Implementation Engineering, attending a weekly call with them to review aspects of the data  Getting their feedback and making modifications  Communicating that output info into another final report, passing that along to other stakeholders  Concluding with creating a final report for the week that gets sent to stakeholders and is posted to our network shared drives  Rinse and repeat We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Required Skills & Experience  Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field  3+ years experience in telecommunications, preferably with implementation background o Strong understanding of telecommunications terminology and concepts o Familiarity with telecommunications planning processes  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the complete Microsoft Office suite o Vlook ups, automating processes, maintaining and creating complex spreadsheets  Experience with data analysis and reporting  Experience with project tracking tools.
