About this opportunity:
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at Ericsson as a Customer Project
Manager (CPM). This role is value-driven, data-centred, and pivotal to fostering a balance
between Ericsson and our valued customers. The NPD is responsible for Fulfillment
Assignment Specifications (FAS) execution accountability, compliance to group, legal, and
financial directives. A key part of the role is delivering value and benefit recognition through
each project, for the benefit of both Ericsson and our clients.
What you will do:
• Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.
• Develop project plans for approval and target execution.
• Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope &
margins within agreed timelines
• Project Documentations: Evaluate project requirements, identify, and resolve
ambiguities, and create all required documentation including but not limited to scope
statements, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports
to be presented to internal and external customers. (Eri-doc and Global Cronos tool
compliances)
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment throughout all
stages of execution.
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts,
and critical issues
• Ensure financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.
• Uphold delivery excellence within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Comply with applicable directives, with focus on zero impact on people and
environment.
• Maintain data accuracy for conscientious and reliable reporting.
• Responsible for monthly governance internal & external.
• Resource Planning and Ramp up/ ramp down in the project
