Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Network Project Manager to join a Fortune 100 client remotely in Mexico City, Mexico. The Project Manager will oversee a network refresh and upgrade that will roll out to multiple different site locations across North America. This individual will be working in a PMO environment and carrying out ITIL processes and change management. The project manager will develop and deliver project plans, develop risk metrics and be able to present progress and roadblocks to executive leadership. Additionally, the network project manager will be responsible for project tracking and documentation, tracking completed corresponding task within sites, handling vendors and POs, and coordinating service delivery schedules with onsite teams. The ideal individual should have a high level understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to carry out ITIL processes and PMO activities. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of experience working as a project manager (focus in network delivery projects) - Solid understanding of network infrastructure (high level knowledge of how networks and equipment are configured and operate) - Prove ability to adhere to ITIL processes, ITIL change management, and PMO functions - Experience managing resources, project timelines, schedules, budgets, status reports, project plans, and tracking operating metrics/KPIs - Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams - High level understanding of OT and IOT infrastructure - PMP certified - ITIL certified null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
