Network Real Estate Project Manager
Job Description • Site candidate identification/ qualification • Completion of zoning approval for multiple sites. • Comfortable addressing city representatives to achieve zoning approval and jurisdiction. • Coordinate with RF Engineers and other personnel to ensure timely task completion • Coordinate site walks, design walks, and other field related visits with Construction PM, RF Engineering, Zoning and A&E Departments. • Information gathering regarding all planning, zoning, and regulation requirements. • Lease negotiation, agreement, license, etc. with property owners. • Preparing and ensuring all necessary zoning applications and documentation are complete, including written site description, justification for site, plans and sketches, maps and photos. • Provide site acquisition services and manage project deliverables and plan progression. • Process and manage vendor purchase orders/deliverables/milestones, leasing, A&E drawings, zoning, building permits and regulatory. • Maintain schedules, budgets, process leases, zoning applications, permit requests and related payments. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience and knowledge of site acquisition processes, leasing and zoning terminology. • Ability to manage multiple site acquisition service requirements. • Experience in site acquisition with major operators in the wireless industry. • Bachelors or associates degree or equivalent field experience required. • PC proficient; including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. • Excellent written and oral communication is required. • Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and good attendance record. • Must be able to pass a drug screening Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr. • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Irving,TX.
