Network Support Engineer (Zscaler)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer with expertise in Zscaler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for network-related issues, particularly focusing on Zscaler technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure, focusing on Zscaler technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement network solutions. Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Extensive experience with Zscaler technologies and other network security tools. Strong understanding of network protocols and routing protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Relevant certifications such as CCNP or Zscaler certifications are preferred.
