Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Network Services Manager in BENSALEM, Pennsylvania. The role revolves around managing and optimizing our network and telecom systems, ensuring that our infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. The Network Services Manager will also be involved in planning, implementing, and maintaining telecom solutions, working closely with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities: • Architecting and managing all network and telecom systems • Supporting and tuning the CISCO network and telecom infrastructure • Implementing security measures across the network and telecom infrastructure • Establishing and enforcing standards throughout the telecom infrastructure • Overseeing daily jobs and maintaining the telecom systems and MPLS network • Monitoring system capacity and performance for potential upgrades and expansion • Assisting in managing budgeting and business plans for the area • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems related to TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, QoS, MPLS, and SIP while documenting root cause and performing corrective action • Documenting and diagramming current and future expansion of systems and network • Analyzing IP and SIP endpoint and trunk issues, and working with third-party vendors to expedite resolution • Mentoring staff and building a cohesive team • Maintaining and supporting call recording, monitoring, and reporting systems • Researching, planning, designing, and implementing telecom solutions • Updating IT departmental procedures as it applies to network and telecom infrastructure • Designing and implementing processes to ensure high availability of all systems and driving resolution of production problems • Ensuring timely completion of projects and deployments • Mentoring entry level networking staff to build a reliable and solid infrastructure and team. Requirements • Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies is essential. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required. • Experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is a must. • Proficiency in Active Directory is expected. • Knowledge and experience with Backup Technologies is crucial. • Must possess an understanding of Computer Hardware. • Experience in Configuration Management is a key requirement. • Ability to handle and negotiate Contracts effectively is necessary.
