We are seeking a skilled Network Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in networking, routing, switching, and wireless technologies. If you are passionate about ensuring seamless connectivity and troubleshooting network issues efficiently, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Configuration & Maintenance: Set up and manage network hardware and software, including routers and switches.Network Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient network performance and scalability.Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize tools to monitor network traffic, identify issues, and optimize performance.Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Backup & Recovery: Ensure regular backups of network data and develop disaster recovery plans.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.Upgrades & Updates: Plan and implement system upgrades to keep the network infrastructure up to date.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent certifications (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in networking.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.Network Protocols: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in configurations and security measures.
