Network Supply Planner

Join a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative team within our Global Supply Chain & Strategy division as a Network Supply Planner. This critical position reports to the Network Supply Lead and coordinates the management of internal resources. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain by creating and maintaining cross-brand production and capacity plans. Your efforts will ensure seamless manufacturing operations during our monthly planning cycles. If you're passionate about driving efficiency and facilitating impactful decision-making, this role offers you the chance to lead key processes and be an integral player in our S&OP framework.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Supply Planning & Constraint Management: Develop and implement strategies that model supply constraints and integrate them into our systems. Validate incoming requirements and assess differences monthly to optimize our capacity across all brands.

S&OE Process & S&OP Collaboration: Drive the S&OE process, conducting weekly reviews to address critical material and resource constraints. Lead supply consensus meetings to support informed decision-making.

Scenario Planning & Impact Assessment: Innovate by developing scenarios that support strategic management decisions. Collaborate closely with global planners to navigate and mitigate supply challenges.

Operational Engagement & Leadership: Serve as the gatekeeper for operational plans, liaising between sites and demand planners, ensuring seamless handover to production planners. Contribute to a culture of excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven supply chain experience, especially in manufacturing and planning environments.

Strong proficiency in digital tools, ERP, APS systems, with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with diverse partners around the world.

Desirable Skills and Experience

APICS/CSCP or equivalent certification, Lean certification.

Leadership experience with a strategic mentality.

Demonstrated ability in collaborative problem solving, risk management, and scenario planning.

Portuguese speaking
