Johnson Service Group is an award-winning staffing company looking for a Part time Network Support Tech with 2-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a Temp job in Chatsworth, CA.
Pay Rate: $25.00 HR
Primary Responsibilities
The candidate will provide support to the IT team during the integration of new equipment three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The project is anticipated to last two months.
Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to: individual that we need should have the ability, willingness, and energy to move and possibly unbox, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Docking Stations, and Monitors. person will be crawling under desks to unplug/plug in cables. They will be responsible for installing docking stations for laptops, using cable adaptors to enable legacy monitors to connect to docking stations or determining that new monitors need to be installed. They should know the difference between DVI, HDMI, and Display Port cables and ports. may be required to assist in imaging/reimaging laptops and desktop computers following simple written instructions. with KVM switches is desirable. will be required to remove and “wipe” hard drives from legacy Desktop Computers. other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications years of experience working with computers completing similar tasks. be able to read and understand written instructions. mechanical aptitude. dexterity of hands and eyes. communication skills. be a local candidate.
