• Reverse engineer data communications issues• Design portions of the infrastructure for redundancy and standardization• Assist operational staff with complex installs and advanced troubleshooting• Assist the State with the lasts firewall strategy and implementation strategy• Insure configuration consistency of enforcement points and management standards
