One of our top clients that is in the Raleigh-Durham area is looking for a Network Validation Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring network connectivity and performance are all at optimal levels at all times. With this Fortune 500 Infrastructure company, you will lead/join projects working toward augmented reality initiatives. Our clients look for talented, dependable, innovative, and self-leading team members that are looking to grow within the company and bring about new fresh ideas.
Currently they are looking for a Network Validation Engineer that has radio frequency experience and who will help design new physical infrastructure components. These projects are a part of a team that is focused on expanding infrastructure presence and validating needed components and plans. These new projects will help get closer to obtaining their goal to continue expanding their network. This team will be using iBWave for system integration, so they are looking from Network Validation Engineers who have experince using iBWave in their current role.
This position is a full-time role that can offer a strong compensation package along with great benefits. This position with sit in the Raleigh, NC area. If you are located outside of NC and need to relocate our client can offer a relocation package to those who qualify.
_This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis._
_Rate: 90,000 - 100,000k / year_
**Responsibilities:**
What You Can Offer Us
+ Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions and associated network architecture.
+ Document and maintain, in consultation with operational teams, comprehensive engineering standards for offered solutions.
+ Scope, define, and modify solution offerings in accordance with customer needs and based on network evolution and industry trends.
+ Develop detailed test plans to validate the functionality of new products, document results prior to introduction.
+ Support, with relevant stakeholders, engineering management’s development and execution of plans for new product introduction with impact analyses, cross-functional communications, trainings, and overall delivery readiness.
+ Prepare detailed scopes of work documentation for the outsourcing of routine engineering tasks.
+ Actively participate and engage with product line management and Innovation department teams and help develop plans to operationalize new products.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Experience Requirements:**
**Require Skills**
+ Experience using iBWave for system integration
+ Experience Radio Frequencies (RF) or Distributed Antenna System (DAS)
+ A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible engineering experience, at least 2 of which directly involved in-building network solutions preferred.
+ Experience with Radio Access Network technology, Evolved Packet Core, Virtualization, software defined networks, and IP-based networks preferred.
+ Strong critical thinking skills, with a proven capability to work well both independently and with others to solve problems.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present ideas and suggestions concisely, clearly, and effectively.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
