Primary responsibility will be to lead Voice/Video related projects and provide operations support for Voice/Video. We are looking for individual who should have experience building VoIP network from ground up which includes design, route plan, dial plan, translation patterns call manager, gateways, gatekeepers and should have experience troubleshooting the same.

 Following skill sets are required:

• Senior level knowledge on VoIP systems (SME).
• Thorough understanding and experience on Cisco UCM; Unity; Voice Gateway.
• Understanding of Video systems (Cisco Solutions) and be able to lead video projects.
• Some experience in a trading environment and knowledge/experience of IPC systems.
• Some knowledge of routing; switching and security but must be willing to learn more on that.
• Willing to be on-call once a month (for a week).
