Co-ordination with different Stakeholder like Techlan, network, transport for connectivity . Co-ordination with different OEM/stockholder  for material (rack, server, switch etc. ) delivery at WH and  site Co-ordination with SCM for MIP /ASN creation for material delivery .  Co-ordination with Nxtra/Infra team for RFAI and Survey for Rack, server, switch etc. installation  . Co-ordination with OEM for element configuration like OS, Bios,firmware,application etc .  CIQ  and LLD preparation for new  installation . E2E project work execution   Tracking of material and project activity to compete the work within timeline . Aligning the TI /partner team for project related activity . Project management including risk and mitigation plan .  Develop daily, weekly, and monthly status reporting for management to develop and put processes  in place that will ensure SLA s are met
