The Neuro RN will assist with the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients suffering from neurological problems. They will often be present during diagnostic testing, including CT scans and MRIs. On occasion, they may assist with surgery as it pertains to their patients.

The Neuro RN will work with patients and their families to understand patient medical history and symptoms. They will educate patients and families on treatment, recovery and proper care.
