Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neurologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, which is located in NYC, 30 minutes from downtown Manhattan and is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Lincoln Medical Center is a NYS designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

Lincoln Medical Center Neurologists can apply for Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at NYP Weill Cornell.As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, we have thrombectomy capability and a wide range of interesting pathology.Active and supportive environment dedicated to mission driven care in the up-and-coming South Bronx neighborhood. This is an excellent setting to strengthen clinical skills or to grow academically. Responsibilities Provide clinical care in a primarily outpatient setting.Outpatient consultation in general neurology with potential for focus in applicant's subspecialty. Provide supervision and teaching of internal medicine and psychiatry residents.Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed.Performs other administrative, professional, consultative duties as needed by the department Chairperson.Opportunities for administrative and clinical research. Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology.Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one).Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.Subspecialty training welcomed. Preference for EMG training but not required.
