Neurologist (Spring 2025)

The Animal Diagnostic Clinic, a leading VCA specialty practice serving the  Dallas metroplex and surrounding areas, is seeking to add TWO board certified or residency-trained Neurologists to join our talented team.

As a VCA hospital, ADC is part of the nation’s largest and most experienced network of veterinary specialty medicine hospitals. ADC is a leader in the fields of Small Animal Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Critical Care, and Medical and Radiation Oncology in North Texas and it is time to expand our specialty offerings to neurology. ADC is the oldest and most established internal medicine practice in the DFW Metroplex.  We are known for our collaborative culture, strong sense of teamwork, and emphasis on communication and inclusion of our referring primary care veterinarians.

Our success has led to growth that requires a new facility. We have purchased and are currently in the beginning architecture phase of a large state-of-the-art 25,000 sq ft facility located within walking distance to the original ADC. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2025. This is your opportunity to help influence and design a neurology department the way you want it. Complete with equipment needs.

The Animal Diagnostic Clinic is proud to be one of a select few private practices' sites for Varian True Beam Radiation Therapy with Rapid Arc capabilities making it a destination site for owners wanting access to advanced radiation therapy (SRT, IMRT, IGRT, and VMAT) for their pets. This technology is utilized frequently for primary CNS tumors. We also offer conventional and advanced chemotherapy, electrochemotherapy and ongoing participation in national clinical trials in both oncology and internal medicine.

Our team operates with an elevated sense of professionalism and collaboration to create an atmosphere of support for one another. We also have a profound sense of responsibility and compassion for both our primary care colleagues and our shared patients. We place high value in quality of life outside of the hospital setting. We are looking for a Neurology candidate that shares these qualities and who desires to blend their clinical skills with a culture of caring responsibility.

The Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex is the nation’s 4th most populous metropolitan area and The Animal Diagnostic Clinic enjoys a generous caseload in terms of volume (annually exceeding over 1500 new cases/year) variety, scope, and complexity. The long-standing caseload provides an excellent opportunity for both new and seasoned specialists alike.  Our city is comprised of all walks of life, lifestyles, and cultural identities. Whatever your passions may be, you are certain to find the opportunity to explore them to the fullest.
