Job Posting Title: Neurophysiology Tech I, IONM Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 20 hours per week 6:45am - 5:15pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities + Helps set up monitoring equipment while assuring patient safety. + Communicates effectively with team members. + Performs routine testing under supervision; writes a descriptive technical analysis. + Has hospital training to alert supervisor and/or activate hospital system such as rapid response, cardiac arrest, etc… per established protocols when encountering patient clinical issues. + Communicates with team members. + Follows policies and procedures for department and hospital. + And other duties assigned. Required Skills/Abilities + Associate degree or a graduate from a CAAHEP accredited ND program CoA-NDT, CAAHEP. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + It is expected that trainee (no experience) new hires will obtain CNIM certification within 3 years of hire date. + It is expected that IONM experienced new hires will obtain CNIM within 2 year of hire date. + One (1) year or more experience working in a patient care environment. + Pediatric experience preferred.
