Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Job Summary:
As a Neuropsychologist, you'll provide professional healthcare services within your associated geographical region and scope of practice, focusing on clinical interventions in the neuropsychology field. You'll offer individual, family, couples, and group treatment, as well as neuropsychological evaluation services, including assessment and test administration. Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional healthcare services within associated geographical region and scope of practice, focusing on clinical interventions in the neuropsychology fieldOffer individual, family, couples, and group treatment, as well as neuropsychological evaluation services, including assessment and test administrationFunction in accordance with Burrell Behavioral Health Operational Guidelines and relevant professional code of ethicsMeet department-specific productivity expectations and proactively coordinate with support services teamsEnsure accurate and timely client documentation in line with best practicesMaintain knowledge of Burrell programs, admission criteria, and referral processesProvide and coordinate comprehensive follow-up plans for clientsParticipate in or coordinate emergency services to provide rapid aid in crisis casesMaintain knowledge of community resources and how to access themParticipate in peer review staffing, departmental/agency meetings, and staff development activitiesRespond to Quality Assurance/Compliance/Revenue Cycle procedures and cooperate with utilization review proceduresPresent educational material in public forums to promote community understanding of mental healthAssist with data collection, program evaluation, grant applications, and contract maintenanceComplete all agency required trainings and participate in self-evaluation and staff evaluation processes

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experienceState license as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and recognition by regulatory authorities and/or relevant standards to function as a Neuropsychologist

Additional Qualifications:

Strong clinical and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in computer applications and electronic health records
