Job Description
Provides direct and consultative neuropsychological and/or psychological services to patients, including adult and/or pediatric patients, families and interdisciplinary staff. Evaluates and treats cognitive and emotional function and consultation to patients, families, and staff.
Primary responsibilities will include the development of a pediatric neuropsychology service in concordance with the expansion of Northwell's behavioral health services and a school-based mental health program into Westchester. In that effort, the neuropsychologist will conduct outpatient neuropsychological assessment and consultation services with pediatric and young adults, as well as developing and establishing referral pathways to neuropsychology from medical services and schools in the area.
Job Responsibility
+ Performs psychological assessment.
+ Develops and implements a plan of treatment.
+ Evaluates care provided for positive patient outcomes.
+ Analyzes outcome/follow-up data for purposes of performance improvement and research.
+ Maintains related documentation.

Job Qualification
+ Doctor of Psychology required.
+ Current License to practice as a Psychologist in New York State required.
+ Specialized training in neuropsychology meeting the current field training standards, including a 2 year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$155,000/year
