Neuroscience Project Manager
Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Project Manager for our Neuroscience division. This position will be based out of the Plaza.

The Shift:

This is a a Monday through Friday day shift position.

The Work:

The Project Manager is responsible for executing high priority operational and strategic initiatives. The individual balances multiple high priority initiatives, engages project teams to meet the desired outcome, engages senior leadership, serves as a liaison with key stakeholders on tasks, leads project teams, collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the health care team including: the medical staff, nursing and other operational areas, administration, and support services. The Project Manager is highly motivated to achieve targeted goals and objectives will have experience utilizing Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and project management techniques and will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve significant quantifiable results.

Scope projects to determine objectives and approach

Develop project plan

Develop and manage against timelines 

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data elements to drive project resolution

Demonstrate the impact of a project directly to and across various functions

Drive project execution 

Effectively communicate with teams and senior leadership
