Envision practicing medicine with a group of like-minded physicians who are dedicated to their community. **Our Community:** + Rich in history and charm, Prescott’s many historic buildings, museums, state parks and sites offer a wide array of ways to explore and experience the area + Locally owned and award winning restaurants, bistros and café’s + Charming shops and boutiques appealing to a wide variety of tastes + Wide variety of festivals and arts/entertainment throughout the year + Home to wineries and tasting rooms + Closest metro area is Phoenix (99 miles) with a population of 1.6 million + A 4-season climate with low humidity and plenty of sunshine! + Regional airport with daily flights to Phoenix, Las Vegas and beyond **What we offer:** + The opportunity to be part of a well-established service line. + Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package + Additional fully funded Pension in addition to 403(b) Savings Plan + Relocation Assistance + Sign-On Bonus \#HEC **Responsibilities** Minimum: + Joining a group of 4 providers (1 Neurosurgeon), DO, PA and an NP + Spine and Cranial Neurosurgery + 200-300 cases annually possible based on surgeons expertise and assessment. + 7-10 patients per day when in clinic + Average surgery days range from 2-3 days per week and 2 days in clinic. + Anterior cervical discectomy, epilepsy neurosurgery, Chiara decompression, craniotomy, lumbar puncture and laminectomy. + Shared monthly and provides consultation to hospital staff. + Perform surgeries, meet w/patients to interpret MRIs, CTs and PET scans to assess the patient and decide on a surgical plan. Work on research and clinical trials. Provide consultations. **Qualifications** Requirements: + Completion of a residency and a fellowship in Neurosurgery, in ACGME approved programs + Current BC/BE + Valid state medical license as MD or DO + Valid DEA certificate + New grad or experienced **Pay Range** $384.62 - $420.08 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
