Job Requirements:Self starter – prior experience in growing businesses, leading with an owners mindsetMinimum 3-5 years technical sales/marketing/new business development/new product developmentExperience in industrial process design/ technical sales in clean air/ environmental treatment devicesBS/BSE/Masters: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physical ScienceAir Filtration/ abatement experience a plusAbility to travel regularlyFluent in English (essential)Strong communication skills, verbal and writtenResponsibilities:Reports directly to the sales managerSales Hunter - Accelerate new sales of Product Platform to market, new customers, and support Territory Account ManagersResponsible for working closely with the commercial Account sales Team to develop growth platform sales utilizing VOC and VOM interviews/dataGather and organize input from the VOM and VOC to suggest technologies and NBD opportunitiesWork closely with cross functional teams in operations, R&D, applications engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to assist with technology/product transferManage and report Sales management updates utilizing tools provided, including not limited to CRM (Microsoft 365)Attend Trade Shows, Conferences, and Committees related to strategic marketsQualifications/ Experience:B.S.
