You could be part of a team managing all aspects of our client’s insurance programs. The selected incumbent will maintain excellent relationships with High-Net-Worth clientele and insurance carriers, provide thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, communicate coverage recommendations and options to the client, and negotiate favorable coverages and rates. This position collaborates directly with the Vice President. Duties + Contact decision making individuals of prospective Personal Lines insurance clients directly to secure their interest in HUB services. + Schedule new business appointments for HUB Producers to present HUB services to prospect and discuss present and future needs with hopes of securing new clients to the organization. + Quote, negotiate, and propose high level reviews for prospective HUB prospects within the Private Client space. + Work together with Producers on specific industry focused campaigns to broaden HUB’s market share in verticals identified by HUB. + Assist Producers in communicating with prospects via phone and/or email to move the sales process along and gather necessary underwriting information. Requirements + College degree + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Hybrid work environment Hub Northeast will assist in obtaining your P&C license as well as Brokers license. The expected pay range for this position is $65,000 annually to $67,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
