**Role Overview**
**Sodexo** is seeking a **New Business Executive** to drive sales for **Campus Integrated Facilities Management.**
**Remote Role!** Candidates should be based in proximity to a major airport and be located in **Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, California, Denver, Colorado, Dallas, Texas, Kansas City, Missouri or Des Moines, Iowa**
**Travel is required for success in this role up to 70%.**

If so, we want you on our team! We’re seeking a New Business Development Executive to lead business development efforts for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) in the Campus sector. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, cultivate strong partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

The New Business Executive will partner with the Sales VP to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to target, grow and sell integrated Facility Management solutions. Services include **Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance** **, Energy Management and Capital Planning programs** within the campus segment.
**What You'll Do**
+ Develop new sales and and cross sell to existing accounts within the assigned geographic area.
+ Recommend sales strategies based on market research and analysis
+ Lead the sales process including prospect qualification, proposal development, proposal presentation and contract negotiations.
+ Drive sales efforts in a high-potential, growing market.
+ Offer comprehensive IFM services that optimize campus operations.
+ Work with a talented team of industry experts to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
+ Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to accelerate business growth
+ Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.
+ Work collaboratively to solve deal-level challenges.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
