Our client in the Commercial Finance industry is looking for a New Business Originator.


Job Summary:
We specialize in the asset-based finance industry, focusing on the transport, mining, and construction sectors. Additionally, we offer floorplan and invoice discounting products. We are seeking a highly motivated and presentable New Business Originator to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for introducing new business and maintaining ongoing relationships. The successful applicant will identify and acquire new clients by developing strong relationships and promoting our financial products and services.


Key responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a business development
plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
•Identify potential clients and establish
relationships with them to understand their
financial needs.
•Promote our financial products and services to
potential clients and provide them with
customized solutions to meet their needs.
•Conduct market research to identify
opportunities for growth and development.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities and
client interactions in the company's CRM system.
•Provide exceptional customer service to
maintain relationships with newly introduced
clients.
•Collaborate with other departments within the
organization to ensure that clients receive a
seamless experience.


Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
Finance, or related field.
•Experience in business development in the
commercial finance industry will be beneficial.
•Preferably 1 to 3 years’ experience needed.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to build relationships with clients.
•Excellent organizational and time management
skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

•Strong sales ability and new business generation.

The salary for this position will be market related. There will be an incentive structure of 75% of every term.
