New Business Sales Consultant (Employee Benefits) - Salary + attractive bonus package

The role is focussed on new business development, within SME organisations. You will work mainly virtually via zoom or team with some phone work but this is not a cold-calling role with the majority of leads provided. We are a dynamic team that is built on trust and respect, we pride ourselves on adapting to change quickly to meet the busy demands of our business and our clients.

Once fully trained, compliant and competent, you will manage multiple new business projects, across multiple lines of businessUsing your excellent communication skills, you will be able to lead client meetings asking open & closed questions to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions to cater for their needs.What you need to have:
Previous Employee Benefits experienceStrong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)An ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environmentStrong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft programs including Excel, Office and Word.Good levels of education including Grade C/4 or 5 pts GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).Willingness to develop and progressWhat makes you stand out:
