 This role is paying $45k - $65k, based on education & experience.

Job Summary:        Filter bid- and invitation-opportunitiesAttend pre-bid meetings and conduct site inspections – travel out of town as needed Write RFI’s, follow up with client representatives, and track responsesPerform project take-offs from Architect/Construction Spec Drawings – new construction projectsEstimate project costs using CentiMark AQ and spreadsheets Secure vendor price quotes for each projectCreate bid packages as requiredOrder bonds and bid specific qualificationsCoordinate completion and maintenance of prequalifications as neededComplete and submit bid forms following review with Project ManagerComplete and submit proposals following review with Project Manager
Candidate Requirements:  Computer Skills (proficient in bidding software)A Valid driver’s license in good standingAble to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Candidate Experience:
One of the following:One year of commercial/industrial roofing supervisory experienceTwo years of commercial-construction supervisory experienceOne year of commercial construction estimating experienceBachelor Degree
