Summary
PeakMade is hiring an experienced, sales-driven manager to join our New Development team as a New Development Property Manager. This position will work closely with the Regional Manager to manage all day-to-day operations and lease up activities of a New Development/ Lease Up project. Upon opening, this position may have the opportunity to move to a future new development project or remain at the property as it transitions to the Operations Team.

The New Development Property Manager loves getting creative – coming up with a variety of contests, resident events and effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the property.
What You’ll Do:
Personnel Management:
Recruit, hire, and build a team to successfully lease up a New Development Property Manage high quality on-site staff through implementation of effective recruitment, training, coaching and development programs Effectively perform and document appropriate employee evaluations including, but not limited to, performance reviews and corrective action reviews, and termination paperwork Direct entire move in process per Company policies and procedures
Strategic Leasing Management:
Effectively maintain product knowledge of community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Supervises the planning and implementation of, and attends and monitors, various community events and social activities. Ensure leasing staff develops similar market knowledge Effectively show and lease to prospective residents Direct efforts to implement sales and marketing plans, with a willingness to implement creative solutions to achieve sales goals Manage the property brand and social media strategy to effectively engage with prospects and guarantorsFinancial Management:
Achieve the highest possible positive variance in the startup budget through the implementation of effective cost control Assist with the creation of property stub budget for once the site goes operational Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner. Be responsive and receptive to owners' needs, goals, and objectives
Customer Service:
Manage an excellent customer service program by adhering to the Peak Simply Service Standards Passion for getting creative – coming up with a variety of contests, resident events and effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the property Responds promptly to associate/resident/guest needs and concerns.*Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What You’ll Need:
Four (4) + years’ experience in multifamily property management required, preferably with a strong sales background. New development/ lease up experience highly preferred Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university preferred Proven ability to build, lead and motivate a team of sales professionals Strong sales and marketing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team oriented and collaborative approach to problem solving Strong Excel skills Technical proficiency in Entrata highly preferred Ability to effectively implement and execute on a lease up marketing plan
