About the Role: 

As an Entry Level Software Engineer in KeepTruckin, you will work on a fast growing enthusiastic team eager to make a significant impact by keeping the world’s trucks safe. We are looking for passionate new college graduates who are eager to learn new technologies and contribute to the team’s success. We pride ourselves on our culture, and ability to work effectively across a highly diversified team. *NOTE: This is a FTE role.

What You’ll Do: 

Take on challenging problems in distributed systems, cloud computing, API design, mobile and web application development, and more. Come up with creative solutions for complex problems. Write scalable, secure, maintainable code to not only build new features, but also to test, build, deploy & provision. Actively participate in writing tests, improving quality of code, and performing code reviews. Communicate and collaborate with other teams (platform, data, DBA, SRE, Design, Product). Assist with the troubleshooting and deployment of services to AWS Research new technology and design patterns; propose changes that bring both short and long term benefits.

What We’re Looking For: 

Recent graduate with a Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent Coursework in some of the following: Algorithms, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing, Analytics, Machine Learning, Databases Knowledge in one or more of the programming languages: Ruby, Golang, Python, Java, Javascript, or similar languages Knowledge in AWS Knowledge with iOS or Android application languages: Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java. School and/or industry projects involving significant design and development.
