We are looking for a versatile and skilled engineer to join our 5G base station product design team. This role will be responsible for mechanical design, material selection, and simulation analysis to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our products.
What you will do:
Lead the structural design of 5G base station products, including concept development, 3D modeling, and detailed design;Select appropriate materials to meet requirements in terms of strength, durability, heat dissipation, and other critical factors;Utilize simulation tools for mechanical analysis to validate the feasibility and reliability of designs;Collaborate closely with the R&D team to participate in the full design process from concept to production;Continuously optimize design solutions to reduce costs and improve production efficiency;Troubleshoot design-related technical issues and develop corrective measures.The skills you bring:
Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields;Proficient in design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Ansys;Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset, with the ability to independently drive complex projects from concept to completion;Understanding of 5G technology and its application scenarios will be a big plus, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical designs;Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.Why join Ericsson?
