These values—integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion—must guide what we do, as individuals and professionals, every day. EEO/AA Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran The orientation is designed for new graduate RNs who are looking for an entry-level nursing position. Shifts will vary and may change based on assignment. The program focus is on nursing leadership, quality outcomes, and the professional role.
