Our CAP program (Clinical Advancement Program) offers Nurses the opportunity to advance both in recognition and financial reward. **What you will need** **Required:** + Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Note, if the BSN or MSN degree is not present on hire, the employee must sign an agreement to obtain a within a specific time frame. + Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse (to be obtained within 90 days of start date). + BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association) + Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities. + Competency in electronic patient management systems. Pay Range: $35.41 – $53.12 Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
