A new graduate RN has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for coordinating and directing patient care for a specific group of patients within your assigned department. Consistently demonstrates an ability to plan and provide professional nursing care by obtaining nursing assessment, administering medications, monitoring equipment, performing routine and complex treatments. This team member has the qualifications and experience to care for patients of all ages.
