New Hire Specialist
Description We are offering a New Permanent Specialist opportunity in the Detail Oriented Services industry located in Greenville, South Carolina. This role provides the unique chance to work in the office, assisting with a range of duties related to new employee onboarding. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handling the creation and distribution of offer letters to new permanent employees, ensuring they are signed and communicating with clients accordingly • Administering background checks for new employees • Utilizing digital onboarding platforms to manage new permanent employee information • Assisting new employees with any queries they may have regarding paperwork and screenings • Providing training on time and attendance systems • Facilitating face-to-face interactions with some new permanent employees in the office • Distributing instructions for scheduling drug tests • Completing I9 and E-verify processes • Ensuring client adherence to the established process for compliance reasons • Inputting all necessary data accurately into new employee files • Managing a large amount of data entry into the system • Sending out background checks and fingerprinting information • Following up with new permanent employees to ensure they can log in and submit their time • Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the onboarding process. Requirements • Must possess experience with ADP - Financial Services, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform's functionality • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required, including its application in a detail oriented setting • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, showcasing ability to handle data transfer effectively • Experience with Ceridian, indicating a thorough understanding of Human Capital Management solutions • Must be proficient in HRMS (Human Resource Management System), demonstrating ability to handle HR data and processes • Should possess knowledge of About Time software, indicating time tracking and management skills • Auditing skills are required, demonstrating ability to review and analyze data or documents for accuracy and compliance • Must have experience conducting Background Checks, indicating a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is necessary, demonstrating the ability to manage and administer employee benefits • Excellent Customer Service skills are required, showcasing the ability to handle client requests or issues effectively and in a detail oriented manner.
